45 minute high-intensity indoor cycling workout that will challenge, center and empower your body and soul! you'll lose yourself in the inspiration of our skilled teachers, awesome music and the incredible collective energy of the room.

Then make room in your weekly workout schedule for a performance ride with Jason! As an avid outdoor cyclist, triathlon veteran and seasoned performance coach, Jason will teach you how to use your zones and "Personal Threshold Power (PTP)" to maximize your burn! Similar to our classic ride class, this performance based ride will take your stats even further! 

45 minutes of total body circuit-training in personalized small group form. Move through 12 stations utilizing battle ropes, power tower, TRX, bikes, free weights, and more!

All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged.

Personalized variations offered to accommodate physical restrictions/injuries.
