Given the current situation with regard to Covid-19, we have expanded our class offerings to include both indoor and outdoor options for both Cycling and Blast class formats. In both settings all bikes and mats are placed a minimum of 6 feet apart at all times.

45 minutes of total body strength training in personalized small group form. From the safety of your own (socially distanced) mat, you will move through a series of exercises that will target all muscle groups using body weight moves, dumbbells, resistance bands and more. Each set will include just enough cardio to ensure a stable elevated heart rate for maximized results.
All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged. Personalized variations offered to accommodate physical restrictions/injuries.
