Our trainers are laser focused on your form and technique throughout the workout so you'll never feel lost or confused. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged! Personalized variations are always offered to accommodate fitness level, physical restrictions, and/or injuries.
Space is limited so pre-booking is mandatory, and no walk-ins will be accepted.
These outdoor classes are obviously "weather permitting". In the case of inclement weather, class will be cancelled and your class credit will be returned to your account.
Memberships will remain frozen until the studio is back up and running at full capacity. When this will be - we just don't know... but you'll be the first to know when we do!

Members are asked to arrive in a mask and keep their mask on until you reach your personal workout space.
For your safety, we ask that you bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle and 1 set of dumbbells (8-15lbs) if possible.
All staff will have temperature checks at the start of every shift.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available, please use upon arrival.
Please be sure to give each other space and follow social distancing protocols at all times to ensure that every member is comfortable and safe.
